CLA managed a tight four-month deadline by integrating contractor Kinetic and key trades early, ensuring smooth communication and swift decisions. Proactive pre-planning with Saanich officials expedited permit processing, while regular meetings kept the project on track. The project finished under budget, allowing extra funds to commission artworks from local First Nation artists, enhancing community engagement.
