That our personal lives and the work we produce as an organization are enabled by land theft having occurred in recent history from Sovereign Nations who have stewarded these lands since time immemorial.

As a practice composed primarily of non-Indigenous settlers, we commit to expanding our understanding of the implicit biases we hold individually and collectively.

 

To realize ecological design principles of repair and regeneration in our work, we listen with respect, learn with gratitude, and seek to be in relationship with the land, water and its hereditary stewards.
