Exciting progress continues at Brentwood College School’s new Wellness Centre. The project has recently reached a key milestone with the completion of all exterior and roof framing—defining the full form of the building for the first time with the Fir glulam beams and columns. With the structure now enclosed, crews have shifted focus to waterproofing the roof and installing insulation and vapour barriers to prepare for the next phase of interior work. Mechanical systems installation is set to begin soon, bringing the building’s wellness and performance features to life.

The Wellness Centre will provide a dedicated space for students health and well-being, reinforcing Brentwood’s commitment to holistic education.
