Located only a few blocks from our office, and developed by a local neighbourhood resident. This building is a successful product of infill construction on what was an oversized lot. Three comfortable homes now fill what was an unused gravel parking area for the existing structure, which has been retained in it’s existing location. The scale and character of the building are designed to fit comfortably between the neighbouring homes.
