Timber Pointe is a Class A commercial development providing 16,000 square feet of medical office space over two floors at Queen Street and 3rd Avenue in the heart of Saskatoon’s hospital district. The project was conceived as a showpiece, west-coast-style building featuring construction methods uncommon to Saskatoon, including exposed douglas-fir glulam columns and beams, douglas-fir door trims and window casings, tongue-and-groove ceilings, and an Indiana limestone façade.

The double-height central atrium features an abundance of natural light and a cantilevered stair with maple treads and a glass guard. An underground, heated garage covers the site’s full 16,000 square foot extent and features an on-grade green roof system where not covered by the building.
