This restoration project involved the transformation of an iconic 1950’s era Medical Arts Building adjacent to a new four-storey concrete low-rise building to create a mixed-use development comprised of 102 residential condominiums above commercial units located at street level. Landscaping, courtyard and roof-top amenities include garden plots, an apiary, edible plantings, and a sauna and shower. The landscape architect provided the building with a cookbook using ingredients from the edible plantings on site.
